Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of knowledge management and skills on employee performance at PT.Mulia Usaha Bersama. It also seeks to describe the extent to which knowledge management and skills contribute to improving employee performance. The research method used is quantitative, employing a saturated sampling technique in which the entire population of 65 employees was used as respondents. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to all employees. The data analysis in this study was conducted using scale range and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software. The results of the scale range analysis showed that knowledge management, skills, and employee performance are in the high category. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis indicated that knowledge management and skills have a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, it was found that both knowledge management and skills influence employee performance. This means that the higher the level of knowledge management and skills possessed by employees, the better their performance will be.
