Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the level of customer satisfaction at Halo Cafe Malang. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that Halo Cafe Malang presents a culinary experience that combines traditional and modern elements with consistent, innovative flavors, and Instagrammable product aesthetics, making it suitable for young people. The classic menu with a contemporary touch, especially in coffee, creates a stylish and fresh impression, although some experimental flavor variants may be less suitable for some visitors. Friendly, professional service, and attention to customer satisfaction also strengthen the positive experience, although there is a slight delay during peak hours. Complete, clean, and comfortable facilities are highly rated, although there is still room for improvement such as menu variations and additional facilities. In terms of price, most visitors consider it quite comparable to the quality offered, although some feel the price is slightly higher than other cafes.
