Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of character, capacity, capital, economic condition, and collateral on the credit decisions of Bank BRI customers at the Jombang. This research is classified as explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this research is 1,500 Bank BRI customers who have made credit decisions, with a sample size of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis utilized multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Character, Capacity, Capital, Condition Of Economy, and Collateral simultaneously and significantly influence the credit decisions of Bank BRI customers at the Jombang Branch. (2) Character, Capacity, Capital, Condition of Economy, and Collateral have a partial and significant influence on the credit decisions of Bank BRI Jombang Branch customers. (3) Condition of Economy has a significant influence on the credit decisions of Bank BRI Jombang Branch customers.
