ANALISIS KINERJA PERUSAHAAN UMUM DAERAH AIR MINUM MOJOPAHIT MOJOKERTO PERIODE 2021-2023

The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of the Mojopahit Mojokerto Regional Drinking Water Company in the 2021-2023 period using the balance scorecard method. The data used in the study are secondary data from the Company such as the Company's financial reports, employee data, and important supporting documents from the Company. The data collection technique used in this study uses the documentation method, with data analysis using the calculation of four balance scorecard perspectives and hypothesis testing using time series methods. The results of the study indicate that the performance of the Mojopahit Mojokerto Regional Drinking Water Company in the financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and growth & learning perspective is considered good and healthy, although there are still some ratios that do not meet the standards.
