PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA DAN ETOS KERJA KARYAWAN (Studi pada CV. cemara Food Blitar)

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work ethic on employee performance at CV Cemara Food Blitar. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study focused on the packaging section of CV Cemara Food Blitar, totaling 32 people. Sampling using saturated sampling technique, namely all members of the population become members of the sample. The data sources used came from primary data and
secondary data. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used is the scale range analysis technique and multiple linear regression. The data was processed with the help of SPSS software. The results of the calculation of the scale range show that the employee performance variable is included in the very high criteria, work motivation is included in the high criteria, work ethic is included in the high criteria. The regression results show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation is more dominant in influencing the performance of CV Cemara Food Blitar employees.
