Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of service quality and exterior
interior design on revisit intention among visitors to Sengkaling Recreation Park,
UMM. This study used a quantitative approach, involving 246 respondents. Data were
collected using a survey technique using a questionnaire. The data analysis method
used was multiple linear regression. The results showed that service quality had a
positive and significant effect on revisit intention, exterior interior design had no
positive and insignificant effect on revisit intention, and service quality was a more
dominant variable on revisit intention than exterior interior design.
