Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style on employee performance, with work discipline as a mediating variable. The research employs a quantitative method with a survey approach using a questionnaire for data collection. The sample consisted of 45 respondents, selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using path analysis to examine both direct and indirect relationships among variables. The results indicate that transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee performance, both directly and through work discipline as a mediating variable. Furthermore, transformational leadership also has a significant effect on work discipline, and work discipline significantly affects employee performance. These findings highlight the crucial role of transformational leadership in enhancing employee discipline and performance within the organizational environment.
