Abstract
CV. Tresna Maju Indo is one of the industries engaged in agroindustry that focuses on edamame processing. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the layout of facilities on CV. Tresna Maju Indo is optimal or not optimal, the factors that cause the layout of facilities on CV. Tresna Maju Indo has not been optimal, and has redesigned the optimal layout of the facilities. This research was conducted using the Miles & Huberman Interactive analysis method, Cause and Effect Diagram, and Process Spatial Planning method. The results of the study show the layout of the facilities on the CV. Tresna Maju Indo with Miles & Huberman's Interactive analysis that the layout of the facility is not optimal, the Cause and Effect Diagram shows that there are causative factors and problems, namely the distance between different departments, the long time of moving materials, the area of the department is unbalanced, and the cost of moving materials is high, the Process Spatial Layout method shows that the layout of the proposed facility 2 is the most optimal. Advice given to CV. Tresna Maju Indo is the application of the Process Spatial Planning method to design an optimal facility layout, so that it can cut distance and moving costs.
