Abstract
The lecture building of Nusantara PGRI Kediri University is located on Jalan KH. Achmad Dahlan No. 76 Mojoroto, Kediri City. Based on the building’s function and site class, the planned building falls under risk category IV, situated on a soft soil site (SE) and is categorized into KDS D. The upper structure planning is planned using a special moment resisting frame system (SRPMK). Based on the results of calculations and structural analysis, the dimensions of the structural elements include a floor slab thickness of 12 cm and a roof slab thickness of 10 cm with a reinforcement diameter of ∅10. For the dimensions of the longitudinal child beam 30/55 cm and the transverse child beam 20/35, the main reinforcement D16 and ∅10 are used for shear reinforcement. The dimensions of the longitudinal main beam are used in size 35/70 cm and the transverse main beam in size 40/75 cm with main reinforcement D22 and ∅10 for shear reinforcement. The dimensions of the main column are 80x80 cm with main reinforcement D25 and ∅10 for shear reinforcement. The clean water system is planned to use a rooftop tank system. The clean water demand for this lecture building is 21.68 m3/day, with a 12 m3 capacity and dimensions of 3x2x2 m for the underground water tank. The roof tank has a capacity of 2.6 m3 with an effective volume of 3 m3. The substructure is planned to use a 100 cm diameter, 20 m deep, bored pile foundation with an Nspt value of 42. The total planned budget is Rp 13,266,725,853, with a construction period of 331 days.
