PENGARUH KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL GURU DAN IKLIM ORGANISASI SEKOLAH TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMK DI KECAMATAN GEMPOL DENGAN MOTIVASI KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING

This study aims to determine the partial effect of teacher professional competence and organizational climate on teacher performance, to determine the partial effect of teacher professional competence and school organizational climate on teacher performance through work motivation as an intervening variable. This study was conducted on vocational high school teachers in Gempol District with 181 respondents. Data collection was carried out using interview and questionnaire techniques. The data analysis method used was path analysis assisted by SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this study found that teacher professional competence and school organizational climate had a significant effect on teacher performance. Work motivation mediates the effect of teacher professional competence on teacher performance. Work motivation mediates the effect of school organizational climate on teacher performance.
