Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology and the fast-growing global economy have driven a significant transformation in corporate marketing strategies. Increasing competition demands that companies abandon static traditional marketing methods and shift toward a more dynamic, technology-driven approach. Digital marketing, especially through social media, has become one of the primary strategies considered effective in expanding market reach, enhancing consumer interaction, and reducing promotional costs. Recent data shows that internet and social media usage in Indonesia continues to rise, creating significant opportunities for companies to optimize social media marketing. CV. Gemilang Putri, a procurement company in Lombok, has so far relied on word-of-mouth marketing, which limits its ability to reach a wider market. In today’s fast-paced digital era, this strategy is deemed inadequate to maintain competitiveness. The purpose of this research is to examine the implementation of social media marketing as a marketing strategy at CV Gemilang Putri.
