PENGARUH TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP DAN WORK ENGAGEMENT TERHADAP KINERJA GURU MELALUI PERILAKU KERJA INOVATIF PADA SEKOLAH IT AL QUDWAH

This study uses innovative work behavior as a mediating variable to investigate how transformational leadership and work engagement affect teacher performance. Two elements that are mentioned as having an impact on teacher performance are transformational leadership and work engagement. It is yet unclear how transformational leadership and work engagement affect teachers' performance through creative work practices, though. Teachers and staff at scholl IT Al Qudwah in Tugumulyo District were given questionnaires to complete in order to gather data for this study, which takes a quantitative approach. There were 100 responders in the study's sample. After that, SmartPLS Software was used to evaluate the data using the path analysis method. The findings of this study indicate that transformational leadership and work engagement have a direct impact on teacher performance at IT Al Qudwah schools in the Tugumulyo District. However, both transformational leadership and work engagement exert a direct effect on innovative work behavior within these institutions. Additionally, Innovative work behavior is shown to directly influence teacher performance at IT Al Qudwah schools in the Tugumulyo District. Conversely, transformational leadership and work engagement indirectly affect teacher performance by way of innovative work behavior.
