Abstract

This study aims to test the influence of Organizational Culture, Compensation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance. This study was conducted in Tulungagung City, with a sample of 82 respondents. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses a non-probability technique with a census technique or saturated sampling. Data collection using questionnaires distributed to employees in the grinding section at the CV. Cempaka Tulungagung cigarette company. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software version 25. The results of the study indicate that Organizational Culture, Compensation, and Work Discipline have a significant influence on Employee Performance at CV. Cempaka.
