Abstract

This study aims to develop a parking map feature in navigation applications to help users find parking locations more efficiently. The main issue addressed is the lack of information regarding parking availability in current navigation apps. The method used is a UX Journey approach, with data collected through user interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques include requirement metrics, acceptance criteria, use case scenarios, and A/B testing. The results show that the parking map feature provides relevant parking availability information and enhances user convenience. A/B testing confirms that this feature is more effective in assisting users compared to the previous design. In conclusion, integrating a parking map feature into navigation applications can improve user experience and support travel efficiency.
