Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work motivation and work discipline on the performance of PT.Binaartha Regional Malang employeesThis type of research is quantitative, using numerical data and statistical analysis to test hypotheses, measure relationships between variables, and generalize the findings to a broader population. It aims to describe and explain how work motivation and work discipline influence the performance of employees at PT. Binaartha Regional Malang. The population in this study consists of all employees of PT. Binaartha Regional Malang, while the sample used in this study comprises 34 (thirty-four) employees respondents working at PT. Binaartha Regional Malang. The sampling technique used is total sampling. Data collection was carried out using research instruments, and the data analysis is quantitative/statistical in nature, aiming to test the established hypotheses. The data collection methods include questionnaires and interviews conducted with employees from four branches (South Malang, North Malang, Kepanjen, and Batu) of PT. Binaartha Regional Malang. Instrument testing was conducted using validity and reliability tests. Validity measures the extent to which the instrument measures what it is intended to measure, while reliability assesses the consistency or dependability of the instrument in producing the same data across different measurements. The data analysis technique uses classical assumption tests and multiple regression analysis to ensure that the regression model used meets the necessary statistical requirements so that the results of the analysis can be considered reliable, and hypothesis. The research results show that (1) Work motivation does not have a significant effect on the performance of PT. Binaartha Regional Malang employees. (2) Work Discipline has a significant effect on the performance of PT.Binaartha Regional Malang employees
