Abstract

This research paper seeks to examine the influence of work life balance and work discipline on employee loyalty in CV. Arjuna Sentosa Group. The method of the research was quantitative with the associative correlation approach. This research is located in the Genengsari IV Neighborhood, Pecalukan Village, Pasuruan Regency, East Java. The population in this study amounted to 33 permanent employees. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample, so that all members of the population were sampled. By using a questionnaire sent to the employees, variables work-life balance (X1), work discipline (X2), and employee loyalty (Y) were measured. Then analyzed using validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, and t test with the help of IBM SPSS software. According to the provisions of scale range analysis, employee loyalty, work-life balance, and work discipline are in the very high category. As the research results confirm, work-life balance impacts positively and significantly the employee loyalty. Similarly, work discipline has a positive and significant impact on employee loyalty. The results also show that work-life balance and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. However, there is positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee loyalty. Nevertheless, work-life balance portrays a higher impact than the work discipline in the development of employee loyalty.
