ANALISIS PERENCANAAN KEUANGAN PADA PT GARAM (PERSERO) SUMENEP, JAWA TIMUR

This study aims to determine the results of the expected financial performance analysis of PT Garam (Persero) Sumenep, East Java in 2024 and 2025. The research method used is a case study of the company PT Garam in the sense that a quantitative approach is used and this research only focuses on financial planning at PT Garam in 2024 and 2025. The data used is secondary data obtained from the PT Garam website during the 2019-2023 period. The results showed that financial planning at PT Garam is going well and the expected financial performance has increased in projected sales, net profit, and assets consistently. The results of financial ratio analysis increased in the projection year 2024 and 2025. This increase shows effective financial management at PT Garam (Persero) Sumenep, East Java. The conclusion of this study is that the expected financial performance of PT Garam shows a positive growth trend characterized by an increase in sales, assets and net profit. PT Garam also requires additional funds (AFN) and the source comes from equity / state equity participation (PMN).
