Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the Influence of Employee Conflict on Employee Performance with Communication as Mediation at PT Taman Rekreasi Sengkaling UMM. The population in this study were all employees of PT Taman Rekreasi Sengkaling UMM with a total of 92 employees and will be used as samples. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. This research instrument uses a Likert scale with 26 statements according to the variable indicators. This research uses SmartPLS. The results of the study indicate that 1. Employee conflict has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2. Communication between employees has a significant and significant effect on employee performance, 3. Employee conflict has a significant and significant effect on communication between employees, and 4. Communication can mediate the influence between employee conflict and employee performance.
