Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative method. The research population is 84 employees at PT. Coca-Cola Pasuruan. The sample determination used the total sampling method so that the entire population was used as a sample of 84 employees. The data collection technique is a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is Smart PLS. The results of the study prove that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a significant effect on work motivation, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance and compensation has a significant effect on employee performance through work motivation as a mediating variable.
