Abstract
This study analyzes the work environment, work discipline and employee loyalty. This study is a quantitative approach obtained from respondent responses. Using questionnaire data from 40 respondents with census sampling techniques. The data analysis methods used in this study are scale range, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis. The results of calculating the scale range of employee loyalty variables consisting of spending careers, providing input to superiors, providing the best results for the progress of the company, and being willing to sacrifice personal interests with an average result in the very loyal category. The work environment consisting of lighting, air circulation, use of color, relationships between employees, and relationships between superiors and employees with an average result in the high category. Work discipline consisting of obeying the clock in, doing work according to procedures, and checking tasks again with an average result in the high category. The results of this test state that the work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on employee loyalty and the dominant test states that work discipline has the most effect on employee loyalty.
