Abstract
Academic information service websites hold a vital function in delivering essential resources and services to students, faculty members, and other academic stakeholders. This research aims to assess the quality of the academic information service website at Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya (sim.untag-sby.ac.id) and examine its influence on user satisfaction by utilizing the Webqual 4.0 framework in conjunction with the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model. Webqual 4.0 focuses on evaluating usability, information quality, and service interaction quality, whereas EUCS complements the model by incorporating timeliness and user satisfaction dimensions. A quantitative methodology was employed, with data gathered through surveys and interviews involving students as the primary respondents. The analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through the Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) approach to explore the relationships among the observed variables. The findings reveal that all variables in the proposed model significantly contribute to user satisfaction. Crucial factors such as ease of use, information reliability, service efficiency, and secure interaction emerged as the most influential elements. Nonetheless, the study identified areas requiring improvement, particularly the website's visual design and navigational structure, to optimize the user experience. These insights offer practical recommendations for website administrators to enhance digital academic services, especially in terms of accessibility, accuracy of information, and service responsiveness. Strengthening these aspects is expected to deliver a more effective and satisfying experience for both students and the broader academic community
