Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance and transformational leadership on organizational commitment mediated by job satisfaction. This study was conducted on CV. Sunan Drajat Department Store. The research sample consisted of 104 employees who were selected using the saturated sample technique and the data were analyzed using the Smart PLS 4 program. The results of the study show that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. In addition, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Work-life balance and transformational leadership also indirectly affect organizational commitment through job satisfaction.
