Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of financial literacy, financial attitude, and education level on the financial behavior of MSME traders in traditional markets in Batu City. The research is motivated by the importance of financial knowledge and management in ensuring business sustainability. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 100 respondents selected using proportionate random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The result indicate that financial literacy, financial attitude, and education level each have a significant partial effect
on financial behavior. Simultaneously, these three variables also significantly influence financial behavior. These findings highlight that improving financial literacy, fostering a positive financial attitude and achieving an adequate education level are crucial in shaping good financial behavior among MSME traders.
