PEMBERDAYAAN EKONOMI KREATIF PENGRAJIN ANYAMAN BAMBU BERBASIS KOLABORASI PEMERINTAH DESA DALAM MENINGKATKAN EKONOMI LOKAL DESA (Studi Kasus di Desa Puntukdoro, Kecamatan Plaosan, Kabupaten Magetan)

This research aims to analyze the empowerment model for bamboo weaving craftsmen in Puntukdoro Village to improve the village's local economy. This research focuses on the collaboration of the Puntukdoro village government with PGRI Madiun University in the bamboo weaving craftsmen empowerment program through skills training and marketing of craft products using an online platform.
The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive research type and also data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed qualitatively through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research location is Puntukdoro Village, Plaosan District, Magetan Regency. This research is expected to provide an in-depth understanding of empowerment to bamboo weaving craftsmen based on village government collaboration with the aim of improving the local economy.
The results show that Puntukdoro Village has 97 households involved in the handicraft sector, indicating that handicrafts are one of the main sources of livelihood for the villagers. To empower the bamboo weaving artisans, a skills training program has been implemented. In order to achieve this goal, the training provided aims to make the craftsmen more innovative in creating craft products. Collaboration between the government and Universitas PGRI Madiun has provided support in weaving training for the artisans. However, the challenge still faced is the marketing issue.
