Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived ease of use and service quality on the willingness to use mobile banking technology (myBCA), with trust as a
mediating variable. A quantitative approach was applied using a survey method
involving 384 respondents who are active users of the myBCA application in
Malang City. Data were analyzed using path analysis with the aid of SPSS
software. The results show that both perceived ease of use and service quality
positively influence users' willingness to adopt the myBCA application.
Furthermore, trust was found to be a significant mediating variable that
strengthens the relationship between perceived ease of use, service quality, and
willingness to use the technology. These findings offer valuable insights for
digital banking to strengthen user trust as a strategy to enhance the adoption of
financial technology services.
