Abstract
Oyster mushroom houses is a very important environment in the oyster mushroom cultivation process, especially related to air humidity. One crucial factor in the success of this cultivation is optimal room humidity, which should be in the range of 80% to 90%. However, the results of interviews with oyster mushroom farmers in Borogragal Hamlet, Donowarih Village, showed that humidity monitoring in a 〖12×8 M〗^2 mushroom hut is still done manually using one thermometer at one point, so it is considered less representative of overall conditions, especially when there are sudden weather changes such as rain in the afternoon. Therefore, this study aims to implement an Internet of Things (IoT) system based on the DHT22 sensor as a humidity monitoring tool in oyster mushroom houses. This system is designed to provide humidity data via the Telegram . In addition to this objective, this study also aims to evaluate the accuracy of the DHT22 sensor readings by comparing them with manual measuring instruments using the MAPE method. The test results showed that the four sensors had average error rates of 4.31%, 5.99%, 7.72%, and 6.10%, respectively, which are classified as very good according to the MAPE accuracy category. Thus, the DHT22 sensor used is quite accurate and reliable in measuring the humidity of oyster mushroom houses.
