PENGELOLAAN BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA (BUMDES) TERUNG BERKARYA DI DESA TERUNG KABUPATEN MAGETAN

ABSTRACT

This research aims to look at the management of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) Terung Berkarya in Terung Village, Magetan Regency. Using a qualitative approach, this study explores the structure of Organization, Capital, and Development of business activities in BUMDes Terung Berkarya.
The results of the study show that the management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) of Terung Berkarya in Terung Village, Magetan Regency, for the organizational structure to run in accordance with the regulations of Terung Village, the capital provided is still insufficient to run business units, the development of business activities through agricultural business units for plough rental and goat farming business units.
The conclusion of this study is the Management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Terung Karya in Terung Village, Magetan Regency, the organizational structure of carrying out their respective duties and functions, the capital used for the operation of all existing business units, and the development of business activities receiving assistance and collaborating with other parties.
