Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior with job satisfaction as mediation variable at the CV. Polowijen Membangun. This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The data were obtained from questionnaires using a total sampling technique involving 43 respondents. The data analysis methods used are scale range analysis and partial least square (PLS). The scale range results show that organizational culture is in the strong category, job satisfaction is in the satisfied category, and organizational citizenship behavior is in the high category. The PLS results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior, and that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Thus, job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior positively and significantly.
