Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of work-family conflict on job stress, with quality of
work life as a moderating variable among employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI)
in the Denpasar Area. A quantitative method with an explanatory approach was used,
involving a total sampling of 62 respondents from KCP Mahendradatta and KCP
Renon. The data were analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The
results indicate that work-family conflict has a significant positive effect on job stress,
while quality of work life has a negative effect. Moreover, quality of work life
moderates the relationship, where a high quality of work life can reduce the negative
impact of work-family conflict on stress. These findings highlight the importance of
maintaining a balance between work and personal life to reduce stress and enhance
productivity.
