PENEGAKKAN SANKSI ADMINISTRASI ATAS PELANGGARAN KEWAJIBAN TEMPAT USAHA PEMONDOKAN BERDASARKAN PERATURAN DAERAH KOTA MALANG NOMOR 6 TAHUN 2006 TENTANG PENYELENGGARA RUMAH USAHA PEMONDOKAN (STUDI DI WILAYAH HUKUM KOTA MALANG)

This research focuses on knowing and explaining how the effectiveness of the implementation of Malang City Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2006 Article 8 concerning the Obligation to Organize a Lodging Business House. In the jurisdiction of Malang City there are still many Lodging Business Organizers who do not have permits or violate the rules written in Malang City Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2006 Article 8, especially in lodging that mixes men and women who are Non-Partners or unmarried. Thus, this research will discuss how the form of Violation of the Lodging Business License in the Legal Area of Malang City, as well as how the Enforcement of Administrative Sanctions for Violations of Lodging Business Obligations in the Legal Area of Malang City. The legal research method used is juridical socioligis with primary data collection techniques and secondary data. The data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation, and field studies. The data that has been collected is then analyzed and presented using qualitative descriptive methods. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, the application of Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2006 Article 8 concerning Violations of the Obligations of Lodging Business Organizers is still not effective, this is because many lodging business owners violate the following obligations and violations such as, the organizer does not have a license to organize a lodging business, does not comply with the obligations that have been written in the Regional Regulation.
