Abstract

Shoes Machine is a shoe cleaning service business on Jl. Raya Tlogomas No.3, Malang City, East Java, which is known for its high quality shoe cleaning services and is the choice of many customers in the Malang area. Along with business development and increasing competition in the shoe cleaning service industry, Shoes Machine faces crucial challenges in expanding the scope of promotions and reaching more potential customers. Currently, promotional efforts are limited to banners in front of the store, and in response to these obstacles, Shoes Machine plans to develop a website as a broader marketing strategy, before building a website Shoes Machine wants to build a website that suits the needs of its users. Applying Design Thinking is a solution-based approach to solving problems that focuses on a deep understanding of user needs. This method emphasizes combining creativity and analysis to produce the right innovation to solve user problems. Based on tests carried out using the System Usability Scale (SUS), a SUS score of 76 was obtained with an adjective rating of "good," a C grade, and within the acceptance range of "acceptable." This shows that the high-fidelity prototype of the shoe machine website system tested by users can be well received and can be continued to the website development stage.
