Abstract

This study aims to design the user interface (UI) of the PT. Bintang Konveksi Indo website application, a company specializing in apparel and accessories, with a focus on creating a clean structure, appealing aesthetics, and easy navigation. The design process follows the Design Thinking methodology, which involves five stages: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. The application design includes elements such as clear product displays, detailed descriptions, and an interactive "Order Now" button to facilitate the purchasing process. User satisfaction was measured using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, involving ten respondents. The testing results show an average SUS score of 83.75, which falls within the "excellent" category, indicating that the application is highly usable and well-received by users. Several recommendations for improvement include optimizing navigation and the consultation system, as well as adding more detailed information in product descriptions. This study contributes to creating a more user-friendly application, enhancing the online shopping experience for customers.
