Abstract
Background: Hupertension is a disease that causes premature death in the world. Hypertension is a
condition where there is an increase in blood pressure beyond the normal threshold. High blood
pressure is dominant health problem and requires good management. Objektives: Increase visitors
knowledge about hypertension exercise to prevent and reduce the risk of hypertension. Methods:
Counseling and direct demonstrations about hypertension and hypertension exercise to visitors to the
Bareng health center in Malang City using power point media and leaflets. Result: Visitors can
understand hypertension material and are able to pratice hypertension exercise again. Conclusion.
This activity is able to increase knowledge about hypertension and hypertension exercise.
