MANAJEMEN ORGANISASI PELAYANAN RUMAH SINGGAH PASIEN MUHAMMADIYAH (RSPM) DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA

The management service organization of the Muhammadiyah Patient Shelter Yogyakarta Special Region has successfully implemented management functions and has a significant impact on patients who need it, although there are still some things that need to be improved. This research aims to know, understand, and describe the organizational management of the Muhammadiyah Patient Shelter Service of Yogyakarta Special Region. This research used a qualitative approach with descriptive type, the research subject was determined using purposive technique. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observations, and documentation while data analysis used qualitative data analysis with an interactive model (Miles Huberman). Data validity techniques in this study used triangulation of sources. This research resulted in conclusion of the successful implementation of management functions at Muhammadiyah Patient Shelter, optimal service organization management from social, psychological, and spiritual aspects.
