Abstract

In recent years, many companies have faced serious challenges in terms of decreasing employee productivity. This is indicated by increasing work pressure, fatigue, and lack of balance between work and personal life. This study aims to determine the effect of work life balance on employee productivity at PT X. The research method used is quantitative. The subjects of this study were employees of PT X consisting of 111 people with non-probability sampling techniques and purposive sampling methods. The research instruments used were the Work Life Balance (WLB) Scale and the Employee Productivity Scale. The results of the study indicate that work life balance has a significant effect on employee productivity. The implication of this study is that increasing productivity can be done by using policies that lead to employee balance between personal life and balance. A work environment that supports a balance between personal life and work can optimize employee potential and increase company performance.
