Analisis Kebijakan Pembatalan Hak Aborsi yang Dilakukan Amerika Serikat di Tahun 2022

In 2022 an event occurred in the United States which reaped the pros and cons in the discussion. The right to abortion, which was once legalized, has now been confirmed as illegal by the United States government. In the years immediately following Roe's, the Supreme Court wrestled with a number of issues arising from this decision. In the cancellation of the Roe V Wade abortion case, the American citizens agreed that abortion and its rights were outlawed and illegal. It is recommended that clearer rules be formulated regarding sanctions against perpetrators of immoral acts, doctors or midwives treating them, as well as mothers who are carrying the fetus, be it criminal, civil or administrative sanctions as well as improving reproductive health services. The purpose of this study is to discover the reasons for the anomaly of abortion disenfranchisement in the United States. This research aims to understand the extent to which the United States Supreme Court impact on social movements there.
