PERENCANAAN KEUANGAN CV SUMBER AGUNG MALANG TAHUN 2025

This study aims to design a financial plan for CV Sumber Agung Malang for the year 2025, as a strategic step to address business challenges and ensure sustainable business growth. The main focus of this research includes sales forecasting, the preparation of pro forma financial statements, and the evaluation of the company’s financial performance. A descriptive quantitative approach is used through a case study method, relying on the company’s historical financial data over the past several years. The results of the analysis indicate stable growth. The projected income statement and balance sheet show an increase in net profit as well as the stability of the company’s financial structure. Financial ratio analysis reveals a healthy condition in terms of liquidity, asset efficiency, profitability, and solvency. Based on these findings, it is concluded that the company is in a strong financial position and does not require additional external funding.This financial plan can serve as a reference for managerial decision-making aimed at business development and enhancing competitiveness in the welding and metal construction industry
