PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN TEACHING FACTORY BERBASIS WEB DENGAN ALUR “MERDEKA” DI SMK MUHAMMADIYAH 3 SINGOSARI-MALANG

The development of teaching factory learning media is a necessity to be accepted by vocational high school (SMK) students. This study aims to: (1) develop a web-based teaching factory learning media with the "MERDEKA" flow to improve the competencies of students at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Singosari, and (2) determine the effectiveness of the developed learning media. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D), adapting the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, expert validation questionnaires, as well as limited and extensive trials. The validation results from material experts, media experts, and language experts indicated that the developed learning media was categorized as "highly feasible" for use. The trials conducted with students showed improvements in competencies, including knowledge, skills, and attitudes. The effectiveness of the media was tested using descriptive analysis and comparison of learning outcomes before and after using the media, which showed significant improvement. Therefore, the web-based teaching factory learning media with the "MERDEKA" flow has been proven effective in enhancing the competencies of students at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Singosari. This media can serve as an innovative alternative in industry-based vocational learning that aligns with the needs of the workforce.
