Abstract

In the era of growing digital transformation, companies need efficient and integrated information systems to support internal operations, including in terms of managing services and technical requests between employees. This research aims to develop a RESTful API-based backend system for the ALTIUS CS Ticket application used in the internal environment of PT. Enkripsi Lintasnusa Verizon. This system is designed to replace the old website-based method with a more structured and scalable solution. The development process is carried out using the Laravel framework, with a monolithic architecture approach that unites all application functions in one integrated system. The methodology used includes literature study, requirement gathering, prototype development, system design, API implementation, system testing using Postman, and evaluation through User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The main features developed include user authentication, ticket management, ticket feedback, ticket resolution, and user profile management. The results of testing using Postman on 17 endpoints show that all API functions run as expected with a 200 OK status response. System evaluation through UAT resulted in a score of 94.29%, indicating that the developed backend system was very well received by users. With this success, the developed RESTful API is considered capable of supporting internal business processes and can be used as a foundation for the front-end development of the ALTIUS CS TICKET application.
