PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT DESA HUTAN OLEH PT AGRO MULTI SARANA UNTUK MEWUJUDKAN KESEJAHTERAAN SOSIAL MELALUI PROGRAM KAMPUNG TANGGUH

This research aims to find out, describe, and analyze the implementation of forest village community empowerment programs implemented by PT Agro Multi Sarana in order to realize social welfare through a kampung tangguh program. The subject in this study includes two main parties, namely representatives of PT Agro Multi Sarana as the implementation of the program, as well as the forest village community that is the main target and at the same time the perpetrator in the implementation of the program.This research uses a qualitative approach to dig up information in depth through data collection techniques in the form of direct observation in the field, in-depth interviews with various parties involved, and documentation of various activities that are closely related to the program. To ensure the validity and credibility of the data, the technique of triangulation of sources, triangulation techniques, and time triangulation by comparing the information obtained from various sources. The results showed that the kampung tangguh program was carried out through seven main stages, namely the stage of preparation, assessment, planning, preparation of action plans, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, to the termination stage marked by the harvest. The program focuses not only on food security and economic improvement, but also covers social aspects such as increased community participation, social justice, support for the sustainability of children’s education, as well as environmental preservation through long-term planting patterns. Through the distribution of superior seedlings, fertilizer assistance, technical training, and market assurance on crop yields at competitive prices in accordance with the agreement between PT Agro Multi Sarana and forest village communities. The program contributes significantly in encouraging self-reliance, empowerment, and improving the welfare of forest village communities in a sustainable and equitable manner, which is in harmony with the principles of environmentally sound development.
