ANALISIS DAMPAK SOSIAL PEMBERIAN LABEL PROGRAM PEMUGARAN RUMAH DANA ALOKASI KHUSUS DI DESA SEMPU KECAMATAN NGANCAR KABUPATEN KEDIRI

The house renovation assistance program and special allocation fund are a program that has good goals, good program structuring has bright expectations about the results, but not only positive impacts there are also negative impacts that are felt. This research aims to find out the problems that occur after the implementation of the program, namely about the social impact caused by the label of the house renovation assistance program and the special allocation fund latrines that occur in Sempu Village, Ngancar District, Kediri Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type and research subjects determined by purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation while data analysis techniques using qualitative data analysis with interactive models (Miles Huberman). The data validity technique in this study uses triangulation of sources and techniques. So that this research gets results about the social impact caused by the label of the house renovation assistance program and special allocation fund latrines such as causing disappointment of beneficiaries, creating stigma from people who do not receive assistance and this stigma affects the condition of the social identity of beneficiaries in the community.
