ANALISIS TREN PRODUKSI DAN STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN USAHATANI KEDELAI DI KABUPATEN MOJOKERTO

This study aims to analyze soybean production trends in Mojokerto Regency and to determine the right strategy in developing soybean farming in Mojokerto Regency.
The data sources used in the study are secondary data obtained through the website of Badan Pusat Statistik Jawa Timur, Kementrian Kabupaten Mojokerto, and journals related to research titles accessed through Google Scholar, Research Gate, and Neliti. The data analysis used is linear trend analysis and systematic literature review.
The results of the study show that the linear trend line of soybean production in Mojokerto Regency over the past ten years, obtained an intercept value of 21,335.6 and a trend coefficient of -212.30. The negative value of the trend coefficient reflects a decrease in production of around 212.30 tons per period. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis using a literature review, the formulation of the right agricultural business development strategy to be implemented in Mojokerto Regency is obtained, namely the integration of agribusiness from upstream to downstream, providing easy access to capital and financial services, the local government assisting in the marketing process of production results in accordance with the minimum standard price that has been set, implementing the SL-PHT and SL-Iklim programs, and establishing a Price Stability Agency (BPH) at the district level.
