TINJAUAN TEORI KEADILAN DAN KEPASTIAN HUKUM TERHADAP PENEGAKAN HUKUM PELANGGARAN LALU LINTAS OLEH ANAK (Studi Di Wilayah Hukum Kepolisian Resor Kota Cirebon)

This study discusses the theory of justice and legal certainty in the context of
law enforcement against traffic violations in Indonesia. Traffic accidents are one
of the biggest causes of death in this country, with data showing that driver noncompliance with traffic regulations is a major factor in accidents. To find out the
factors that cause traffic violations by children in the Cirebon Police area. To find
out the enforcement of traffic violation laws by the Cirebon Police in terms of the
theory of justice and legal certainty, the research method is descriptive analysis,
namely research conducted by examining primary materials (observation and
direct field research) and also literature (secondary data) or library legal
research and then described in the analysis and discussion. The results of this
study indicate that traffic violations committed by minors still occur frequently
and the factors that cause high traffic violations committed by minors are family
factors, education factors, and schools and social or environmental factors.
Overall, this study highlights the importance of consistent and fair law
enforcement to reduce traffic accidents and improve road safety
