ANALISIS TREN PRODUKSI BERAS DI JAWA TIMUR DARI TAHUN 2019-2023

This study aims to determine the tren of rice production in East Java Province from 2019-2023. The research method used is a descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach and the type of data in this study uses secondary data. The data analysis used in this study is tren analysis. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the tren of rice production in East Java Province from 2019-2023 can be seen that rice production in East Java Province in 2020 was the highest during 2019-2023, namely 5,757,317.0 tons, the highest decline occurred in 2022, which was 2.69% compared to 2021. In 2020, it showed an increase of 4.61% or 253,591.00 tons. In 2021, it showed a decrease of 1.82% or 104,612.00 tons, in 2022 it showed a decrease of 151,903.00 tons or 2.69% compared to 2021, while an increase occurred in 2023, which was 1.93% or 106,329.50 tons. The results of the estimation or forecast of rice production in East Java Province in 2024-2027 show a decrease. The decrease in rice production in East Java Province from 2024 to 2027 can be caused by various factors, including land conversion which can have an impact on the decrease in the harvested area of rice production.
