Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Electronic Word of mouth (E-WOM),facilities, and destination image on the decision of tourists to visit the natural destination of Coban Parang Tejo, Dau, Malang. This study uses a quantitative approach with a type of causal associative research. The research sample of 97 respondents was determined using the Cochran formula and purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of the analysis showed that E-WOM and destination image had a positive and significant influence on the decision to visit, while facilities did not have a positive influence on thedecision to visit. The implications of this study show the importance of digital promotion strategies, facility management, and strengthening the image of destinations in the development of community based tourism.
