ANALISIS KEJAHATAN "BEGAL PAYUDARA" DITINJAU MENURUT ILMU PERKEMBANGAN KEJAHATAN (STUDI POLRES SUMENEP)

There are several obstacles such as lack of evidence and the Sumenep Police are carrying out preventive and repressive prevention efforts. There is no specific law that regulates breast groping, each investigator applies a different article according to the chronology of what happened and if it is connected to the theory of criminology, namely the theory of differential association, the prevention efforts carried out by the Sumenep Police are preventive and repressive efforts.
