ANALISIS KINERJA PADA PERUMDA AIR MINUM “TIRTA WENING” TRENGGALEK

This study aims to produce a performance report of the Perumda Air Minum "Tirta Wening" Trenggalek Regency in 2021-2023. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive. The data analysis technique uses a balanced scorecard including financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective and learning growth perspective. The results show that the performance of PDAM Trenggalek Regency is in a healthy condition in 2021-2023 but has fluctuated from year to year. Overall, in terms of assessing various perspectives in 2021-2023, PDAM has been very good, but PDAM still needs to pay attention to several important aspects, especially in terms of billing effectiveness, ROE, training load ratio, technical service coverage, customer growth, customer water quality, domestic water consumption, production ratio, and employee education and training load ratio. PDAM is expected to be able to focus more on optimizing profits, improving customer service, and managing human resources in order to improve its performance in the following year.
