Abstract
The demand for organic vegetables in Indonesia continues to increase along with the growing public awareness of healthy lifestyles. This condition is an opportunity for the development of organic vegetable farming businesses, especially through a partnership system between farmers and companies. This system is expected to provide market certainty, price stability, and increase farmers' income. This study aims to determine the production costs incurred, the amount of revenue, and the income received by partners of CV. Kurnia Kitri Ayu Farm Malang in one rotation cycle for five months of planting. The study was conducted at Partner CV. Kurnia Kitri Ayu Farm located in Malang, which is known for its organic vegetable farming business. Respondents in this study were partners of CV. Kurnia Kitri totaling 30 people. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis method, using data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, namely the selection of samples based on certain criteria that are considered relevant to the objectives of the study. The analysis tools used include cost analysis consisting of fixed costs and variable costs, as well as analysis of revenue and income. The results of this study can provide a clear picture of the financial condition of the agricultural business run by partners of CV. Kurnia Kitri Ayu Farm. The types of vegetables cultivated by these partners include red spinach, green spinach, caisim mustard greens, beef mustard greens, kale, Chinese kale, curly lettuce, and bloom coll. The results of the study showed that the average production cost incurred by partners in one five-month rotation cycle was Rp. 6,660,036. These costs include land rental costs of Rp. 27,778, equipment depreciation costs of Rp. 10,568, labor costs of Rp. 3,112,240, seed costs of Rp. 353,450, and planting media costs (soil, husks, fertilizers, and polybags) of Rp. 2,900,000. The income obtained from the sale of vegetables reached Rp. 11,175,104, and the net income obtained after deducting production costs was Rp. 5,050,097.
