Abstract
In the era of digital transformation, managing internal corporate services has become a crucial aspect in supporting employee efficiency and productivity. PT Enkripsi Lintasnusa (eLSa) is a company that provides data security services using internet connectivity that supports mobile services across countries. As an effort to improve the quality of internal services, PT eLSa plans to develop the ALTiUS CS Ticket application to facilitate employees in reporting issues or repair needs submitted by clients in a structured manner to the relevant team. This study aims to design and develop the front-end of the ALTiUS CS Ticket application using the Prototype method. By applying the Prototype method, each stage of front-end development is carried out iteratively, allowing continuous refinement based on user feedback. The research stages include literature review, requirement gathering, prototype development, prototype evaluation, system coding, system testing, and overall system evaluation. The prototype development process was conducted using Figma, and the coding process used the Flutter framework, enabling the creation of interactive, responsive, and consistent user interfaces across various devices. Functional testing using Black Box testing with a State Transition approach in 15 scenarios demonstrated that all application features functioned as intended. Furthermore, system evaluation through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) showed a user satisfaction rate of 95%, indicating strong user acceptance. This study demonstrates that the Prototype method is effective in the front-end development of the ALTiUS CS Ticket application.
