Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of green banking on banking performance through green finance in Indonesian banks. This study uses explanatory research with quantitative methods. The data used in this study is primary data using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire. The population in this study is all commercial bank employees who work in banks that have applied green banking principles. The sample in this study was determined using the Lemeshow formula obtained by calculating 100 respondents and the sample technique using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using Path Analysis with the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. The results of the study show that Green Banking on Banking Performance has a positive and significant influence, Green Banking on Green Finance has a positive and significant influence, Green Finance on Banking Performance has a positive and significant influence, and Green Finance mediates the influence of Green Banking on Banking Performance positively and significantly.
